People are what I chose as my career. I’m there to maximize employee happiness- making sure they feel appreciated, challenged and in the right place for them.
Talent Enhancement- Initiating management training and development programs. I take pride in my employees, some of whom have gone on to hold key positions at firms like Microsoft, Facebook, and eBay.
Whether it’s organizing welfare events or initiating round table discussions - I do what it takes to engage employees.
Organizational Development - Once, as the HR director, my challenge was to support decision making processes while undergoing a major structural company change with new owners and CEO.

Co Designing a new teaches hall as part of a government and ministerial initiative to create a more suitable space for teaches to gather, learn and relax.

Visiting weekly with a family who has a small girl with Down Syndrome. In the visit we engage in fun activities as well as learning new things and practicing different motor abilities.
